Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies for Consultation Services Booking Policy Advance Booking: All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through our online booking system. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details upon successful scheduling. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellation Policy Notice Period: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge for the session. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If your desired session time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist through the booking system. Notification: Waitlisted clients will be notified via email or text when an appointment becomes available. First-Come, First-Served: Waitlist openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and must be confirmed within 12 hours of notification. General Policies Session Start Time: Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please ensure you are prepared and logged in (for online sessions) or arrive on time (for in-person sessions). Emergency Rescheduling: In case of unforeseen emergencies, please contact us immediately to discuss rescheduling options. Refunds: Refunds are not available for missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows. By booking your session, you agree to abide by these policies.
