I know that feeling well — because I live it every day.
I manage 13 complex food intolerances, and it’s taken me nearly a decade to figure out how to live, eat, and thrive without constantly second-guessing every bite. I’ve been through the craving-eating-reacting cycle. I’ve felt the impact of hidden additives, food chemicals, and so-called “healthy” meals that left me bloated, foggy, and frustrated.
That experience is what led me to become a nutrition consultant.
I spent years sorting through misinformation, failed elimination diets, and “just cut gluten and dairy” advice that never went deep enough. I knew there had to be a better way — one that was practical, personalised, and rooted in compassion.
Now, I work with women who feel overwhelmed by food sensitivities, gut symptoms, and hormonal shifts — especially during midlife. I help them cut through the noise, uncover what’s really going on in their bodies, and find a way of eating that brings relief, balance, and enjoyment back to the table.
Because here’s the truth: finding what works for your health is personal. It’s often messy, emotional, and filled with trial and error.
