I didn't choose this path.

It found me.

For years I struggled with confusing food reactions that seemed to appear out of nowhere.

Foods I'd eaten my whole life suddenly left me feeling bloated, exhausted and wondering what had changed.

Like many women, I was told everything looked "normal."

But I knew something wasn't right.

Why I do this work today

Today, I help women understand why food no longer feels like their friend.

Together, we explore food intolerances, digestive health and hormonal changes with practical, science-informed guidance.

I want every woman to feel confident around food again and trust that her body isn't working against her—it's simply asking to be understood.

My Story

The path that led me to help women understand food intolerances, digestive health and hormonal wellbeing.

Living it changed everything.

Years of trial and error eventually led me to answers.

Learning about food chemicals, hidden triggers and my own intolerances changed everything.

By understanding what my body needed, I slowly rebuilt my health.

Today, I help other women shorten that journey and feel confident in their own bodies again.
